Build a relationship that feels safe, honest, and alive.
Every relationship carries its own history: the patterns each partner brings from family, past relationships, and life experience. Over time, those patterns can show up as distance, recurring conflict, or conversations that feel stuck or charged. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening between you, and create new ways of connecting.
I welcome cisgender heterosexual couples, queer couples, and couples exploring non-monogamy or other relationship structures.
Couples often come to therapy wanting to…
Strengthen their foundation of trust, safety, and intimacy
Explore sexuality and desire more openly and with less shame
Communicate more clearly, especially during conflict
Repair after hurt, betrayal, or disconnection
Understand how past experiences shape their relationship today
Navigate opening a relationship, or redefining agreements and boundaries
How we’ll work together
Relationships live in the body as much as in words. My approach blends somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and compassionate communication to help you:
Notice the patterns and reactions that keep you stuck
Understand each other’s needs beneath the conflict
Slow down charged moments and stay connected through them
Disentangle from old hurts so they stop driving the present
Practice honest, compassionate ways of asking for what you want
Develop new relational patterns rooted in mutual respect and care
I hold space for both partners equally. You are each the expert on your own experience, and I’ll ask for your consent before trying anything new.
