Being Human is Messy.

Isn’t it?

Welcome to Human Together Psychotherapy.

I’m Ronni “Clara Rose.”

My work grows out of my own practice of healing. On the road to a master’s in school counseling, I imagined a career helping teenagers find their way. What I didn’t yet realize was that before I could help anyone, I needed that help myself.

After graduate school, I built mentoring programs for students and taught freshman seminar at Baruch College. During those years I began my own therapy, which opened me into more than a decade of exploration through therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual practices. Around the time I became a psychotherapist, the sudden loss of a dear friend deepened my understanding of grief and what it means to heal.

To me, healing is more than symptom relief. It is a way of reclaiming what feels lost, what has been lost, and what has been silenced. I see therapy as a path not only to healing, but to expanded awareness and lasting transformation. Through permission, curiosity, and embodied inquiry, we can create a space together where your truth and wholeness can emerge.

Who I Work With

I am happy to provide a grounded, trauma-informed space for:

Couples

Whether you’re a cisgender heterosexual couple, a queer couple, or curious about open relationships, our work centers on building a relationship that feels safe, compassionate, and honest. Together, we’ll strengthen your foundation for intimacy, explore sexuality and desire more openly, and find better ways to communicate. As we look at the patterns you each bring from the past, you can begin to repair old hurts and develop new ways of relating rooted in connection and mutual respect.

Individuals

Many individuals I work with are navigating complex family dynamics, estrangement, or the painful experience of being the family scapegoat. I also support those recovering from narcissistic or emotionally invalidating relationships. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns these experiences leave behind, grieve what was missing, and help you build new ways of relating rooted in self-trust, healthy boundaries, and authentic connection.

My work is inclusive, affirming, and I support clients of all identities. All sessions are online.

How I Work

I have been a student of the mind-body connection for over a decade, training in and personally practicing each of these approaches. My aim is to help you feel more embodied, emotionally regulated, compassionately attuned to yourself, and empowered to communicate what matters to you.

Above all, I offer a reflective presence and a safe space for you to go where you need to go. From there, you can step back, see your life and choices with fresh perspective, and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been hidden in the shadows.

You can expect a blend of modalities and perspectives rooted in:
