There’s no right way to grieve, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Loss can shake everything: your sense of safety, your routines, even who you understand yourself to be. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a pregnancy, a pet, your health, or a life that didn’t unfold as you expected, grief can arrive in waves. Anxiety often rises in the space that loss leaves behind.
Therapy offers a place to slow down, feel what’s here, and find your footing again, without rushing to “move on.”
You Might Be Experiencing
Waves of sadness, numbness, anger, or guilt
Anxiety, restlessness, or trouble sleeping since your loss
Feeling disconnected from others who don’t seem to understand
Grief that feels complicated, delayed, or unacknowledged
Difficulty adjusting to a major life change or transition
Questions about meaning, identity, or what comes next
How we’ll work together
Grief lives in the body as much as in the heart and mind. My approach blends somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and compassionate communication to help you:
Make room for your grief to be felt and honored
Calm the anxiety and overwhelm that can follow loss
Tend to the different parts of you that are grieving in their own ways
Navigate relationships and conversations that feel harder now
Find ways to carry your loved one or loss forward with you
Rebuild a sense of steadiness, meaning, and connection
We’ll move at your pace. There’s no timeline for grief, and you are always the expert on your own experience.

About me
I’m Ronni “Clara Rose,” a psychotherapist and founder of Human Together Psychotherapy. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to grief work, informed by more than a decade of somatic and contemplative practice, and by my own experience of sudden loss.
