Your desire, your body, and your identity deserve a space free of shame.
Our relationship to pleasure, closeness, and who we are is shaped by culture, family, religion, and past experiences. For many people, that leaves behind shame, confusion, or silence. You might feel disconnected from your body or desire, unsure how to talk about what you want, or curious about parts of yourself you haven’t yet had space to explore.
This is an affirming, nonjudgmental space to explore all of it openly.
You might be seeking support for…
Low desire, mismatched desire, or feeling disconnected from pleasure
Shame or anxiety around sex, your body, or what you want
Exploring sexual orientation, gender, or identity
Healing intimacy after betrayal, trauma, or emotionally invalidating relationships
Exploring or navigating non-monogamy and other relationship structures
Communicating needs, desires, and boundaries with a partner
Exploring kink and BDSM in a safe, consensual, affirming way
How we’ll work together
Sexuality and intimacy live in the body. My approach blends somatic therapy, parts work (IFS), and compassionate communication to help you:
Reconnect with your body, sensation, and pleasure at your own pace
Understand where shame came from and gently release it
Explore the parts of you that hold desire, fear, or protection
Clarify what you want and practice asking for it
Build intimacy rooted in consent, safety, and mutual respect
Embrace a fuller, more authentic expression of who you are
There’s no “normal” you need to fit into. You set the pace, and I’ll ask for your consent before trying anything new.

About me
I’m Ronni “Clara Rose,” a psychotherapist and founder of Human Together Psychotherapy. I’m a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional through PESI and the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute, and I’ve studied the psychology of eros through the Applied Jung Institute. My work is also kink- and BDSM-informed, shaped by mentorship and experience in conscious kink spaces. I understand consensual kink as a valid expression of desire, connection, and even healing, not something to be pathologized or “fixed.” I welcome individuals and couples of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures.
