A Space where We Can Be Human. Together.

Being Human is Messy.Isn’t it?
Welcome to Human Together Psychotherapy.
I’m Ronni “Clara Rose.”
My work grows out of my own practice of healing. On the road to a master’s in school counseling, I imagined a career helping teenagers find their way. What I didn’t yet realize was that before I could help anyone, I needed that help myself.
After graduate school, I built mentoring programs for students and taught freshman seminar at Baruch College. During those years I began my own therapy, which opened me into more than a decade of exploration through therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual practices. Then the sudden loss of a dear friend changed everything and set me on the path to becoming a psychotherapist.
To me, healing is more than symptom relief. It is a way of reclaiming what feels lost, what has been lost, and what has been silenced. I see therapy as a path not only to healing, but to expanded awareness and lasting transformation. Through permission, curiosity, and embodied inquiry, we can create a space together where your truth and wholeness can emerge.

Areas
What I Work With
-
Loss can unsettle everything: your sense of safety, your routines, even who you understand yourself to be. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, or a life that didn’t unfold as expected, anxiety often rises in the space that loss leaves behind. Together, we make room for your grief to be felt and honored, so you can find steadier ground and a way forward that holds what you’ve lost.
-
Psychedelic experiences can open powerful insights, emotions, and questions, but making sense of them is often where the deeper work begins. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space to reflect on and integrate your experience, whether it felt expansive, challenging, or both. Together, we explore how its meaning can take root in your everyday life, relationships, and ongoing growth.
-
Many of the ways we protect ourselves were formed early, when we needed them most. Over time, those same patterns can keep us stuck in old roles, reactions, and beliefs about our worth. Through gentle, embodied inquiry, we turn toward the younger parts of you with curiosity and care, offering what was missing and helping you reclaim a deeper sense of safety and self-trust.
-
Our relationship to desire, pleasure, and closeness is shaped by culture, family, and experience, and can carry shame, confusion, or silence. This is a space to explore your sexuality and identity openly and without judgment. Together, we work toward greater freedom, connection, and a sense of wholeness in how you love, desire, and show up in your body.
-
When relationships have been sources of hurt, betrayal, or invalidation, it can be hard to trust others, or yourself. These wounds often live in the body as much as the mind, shaping how we connect and what we expect from love. We’ll gently explore these patterns, helping you rebuild a sense of safety, set healthier boundaries, and experience relationships rooted in mutual respect and care.
Methods
How I Work
I have been a student of the mind-body connection for over a decade, training in and personally practicing each of these approaches. My aim is to help you feel more embodied, emotionally regulated, compassionately attuned to yourself, and empowered to communicate what matters to you.
Above all, I offer a reflective presence and a safe space for you to go where you need to go. From there, you can step back, see your life and choices with fresh perspective, and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been hidden in the shadows.
You can expect a blend of modalities and perspectives rooted in:
-
Our experiences live in the body as well as the mind. Somatic therapy brings attention to sensation, breath, and movement, helping you notice how stress and old wounds show up physically and gently release what’s been held. Over time, this builds a deeper sense of safety, presence, and regulation.
-
We all have different “parts”: the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the one who shuts down. Parts work approaches each with curiosity instead of judgment, understanding the role it has played in protecting you. As these parts feel heard, you can lead your life from a calmer, more compassionate center.
-
This approach helps you identify what you’re feeling and needing, and express it honestly without blame or defensiveness. It supports clearer boundaries, deeper listening, and more connected relationships, including the one you have with yourself.

For all psychotherapy clients, I offer out-of-network services.
Insurance companies mandate a diagnosis, oversee your health records, and may seek access to your information while in therapy. They also may limit your coverage to a set number of therapy sessions per year, regardless of what you're going through. When considering the implications of using insurance, paying out-of-pocket is a better fit for some.
-
Clinical Services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your provider these questions:
Do I have "out-of-network" mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is my "co-insurance"?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Is approval required from my primary care doctor?
In instances where out-of-network benefits are covered, you will be responsible for submitting your claims so your insurance can reimburse you directly. All payments are due at the time of service.
-
I request a reasonable effort to reschedule for anything outside of serious emergencies.
In respect to your time, and mine, I require 48-hours notice for all cancellations.

Every therapeutic relationship holds a power difference, and I believe it’s important to name it. You come to therapy sharing your most tender experiences, while I hold a professional role, training, and responsibility for the space. My part is to hold that power with care: being transparent about how I work, asking for your consent before trying something new, and respecting your right to pause or say no at any time. You are the expert on your own life, and you decide what feels true and what you’re ready to explore.
This is the heart of Human Together. We each bring our own humanity into the room, including our histories and blind spots, and while our roles are different, our worth is not. I welcome your feedback, especially when something doesn’t sit right, because open repair can be one of the most meaningful parts of our work. My hope is that this relationship becomes a place where you are met with respect and honesty, and where you can practice reclaiming your own voice and power.
